What are your fees?
I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation to explain how I work. If you choose to proceed, the Detailed Assessment Service costs £99 (covering comprehensive requirements analysis, vehicle specification review, finance consultation, and part-exchange valuation). Upon successful deal completion, a completion fee of £499 to £2,000 applies, dependent on contract value and savings achieved - the exact amount is confirmed in writing during your detailed assessment. Most clients find these fees are more than covered by the savings I negotiate on their vehicle purchase and finance arrangements. For Bespoke Collection Services, fees are calculated individually based on distance, complexity, and time required.
Do you only work with BMW?
I specialise in BMW, which is where my 28 years of experience and strongest dealer relationships lie. This expertise allows me to secure the best possible deals for BMW customers. Other premium brands are available on request.
What are Bespoke Collection Services?
For clients who want completely hands-off vehicle acquisition, I personally travel anywhere in the UK to inspect, negotiate, and collect vehicles on your behalf. I'll physically attend the supplying retailer, conduct a thorough inspection, handle face-to-face negotiations, and drive the vehicle to your preferred location. This service is particularly valuable for rare specifications, high-value purchases, or when you simply prefer expert representation throughout the entire process. Fees are calculated individually based on location, complexity, and time required. Available for BMW and other premium brands.
How long does the process take?
For new BMWs, typically 2-6 weeks from our initial agreement to delivery. Pre-owned BMWs usually take 1-3 weeks. Rare specifications or special requirements may take longer, and I'll always be transparent about realistic timescales.
Can you find specific specifications?
Yes. My extensive BMW dealer network means I can locate rare specifications, secure build slots for future models, and provide guidance on optimal timing for new releases and model cycles.
Do you arrange finance?
With over 30 years in financial services, I can arrange competitive finance terms that often beat high street offers. I'm an Introducer Appointed Representative, authorised and regulated by the FCA. For more information, head over to the Finance page.
What if I want to part-exchange my current car?
I can arrange competitive valuations through my dealer network, often achieving better prices than you'd get independently. I can also coordinate smart repairs beforehand to maximise your car's value.
Where do you source cars from?
I have access to BMW dealer stock across the UK, including off-market inventory and advance knowledge of incoming stock. My relationships built over 28 years unlock opportunities not available to the general public.
Do you deliver the car to me?
Yes. I coordinate delivery logistics to ensure your vehicle arrives when and where it's convenient for you, with a comprehensive vehicle briefing included. For clients seeking additional peace of mind, I also offer Bespoke Collection Services where I personally travel to inspect, negotiate, and collect the vehicle on your behalf anywhere in the UK - particularly valuable for rare specifications or high-value purchases.
What support do you offer after purchase?
My relationship with clients doesn't end at delivery. I remain available for ongoing support, BMW dealer liaison, service coordination, and advice on future vehicle requirements.
